Friday, September 11:
- Optional Early-Bird Round at Carson Valley Golf Course. Tee times starting at 8:30 a.m.
- Hotel check-in at the Carson Valley Inn, 3 p.m. or after. If you arrive earlier, check at the hotel desk - we'll try to get you in early.
- Cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception, tournament registration and blind draw in the Shannon Ballroom from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 12:
- Golf at Carson Valley Golf Course. 8:30 a.m. Shotgun start. Coffee at check-in, sandwich and beverages on the course. Cocktails and awards banquet in the Shannon Ballroom, 6:30 p.m.
Format:
- 4-person mixed scramble, 4 minimum drives per A player, 2 minimum drives for B and C player, 1 for D player. Blind draw for teams based on placing all players in six categories: High A, Low A, High B, Low B, C, and D.
Extras:
- Carson Valley Inn embroidered hat, team picture, sleeve of balls for all players. (No dust-collecting trophies, plaques or certificates from the Wizard of Oz).
All prizes paid in gaming chips. $3,500 in total prizes (based on 120 players).

- $1,000 to 1st place team
$800 to 2nd place team - $500 to 3rd place team
$400 to 4th place team - $300 to 5th place team
$200 to 6th place team - $100 to last place team
$25 closest-to-the pin prizes (8) - Prices:
- $279 per person, double occupancy
$375 single occupancy
$466 couple, one golfer
$189 per golfer, no hotel room
Includes Friday & Saturday night hotel accommodations, embroidered hat, team picture, green fees, carts, Friday arrival reception, Saturday lunch at the course, Saturday night cocktail party and awards banquet, all related taxes and gratuities, and cash prizes.
